Reviews of Professionals who Completed this Course

A BIG "THANK YOU" TO THESE PROFESSIONALS WHO VOLUNTEERED THEIR COMMENTS

2023

“This CEC/CEU course is an extremely valuable resource for anyone working in the fitness industry. The text that accompanies the course is a must-read for fitness managers as well as personal trainers and strength coaches. As a business owner and sole provider working in healthcare/fitness, I wish knew about this book earlier. The content is comprehensive. Some of my favorite topics included enforceable and unenforceable aspects of liability waivers, the importance of knowing what is and is not covered under a liability insurance policy, state-specific laws, as well as common types of negligence and other liabilities. Current topics such as virtual and in-home/off-site training, as well as data privacy concerns related to wearable technologies are also covered. The many lawsuit case examples highlight just how important and cost-saving it can be to understand fitness law and prioritize safety.”
